JadwalQ adalah platform pengelolaan booking untuk vendor jasa kecantikan (MUA, hairdo, wedding, kelas). Halaman ini menjelaskan cara meminta penghapusan data pribadi Anda.

Jika Anda pemilik akun vendor

Kirim email ke [email protected] dari alamat email yang terdaftar, dengan subjek "Permintaan Penghapusan Data". Kami memverifikasi kepemilikan akun lebih dulu, lalu menghapus akun beserta seluruh data yang menempel padanya: profil bisnis, layanan, booking, klien, invoice, dan riwayat notifikasi.

Jika Anda klien seorang vendor

Data Anda (nama, nomor WhatsApp, tanggal booking) dimasukkan oleh vendor yang Anda pesan, dan vendor itulah pemiliknya. Cara tercepat adalah meminta langsung kepada vendor tersebut. Anda juga boleh mengirim email ke [email protected] — kami akan meneruskan permintaan Anda dan memastikan dijalankan.

Data WhatsApp

Untuk mengirim pengingat jadwal lewat WhatsApp, kami menyimpan nomor WhatsApp dan status pengiriman pesan (terkirim / sampai / dibaca / gagal). Kami tidak menyimpan isi percakapan Anda. Data ini terhapus bersama booking atau akun terkait.

Berapa lama

Penghapusan diselesaikan dalam 30 hari sejak permintaan terverifikasi. Sebagian catatan keuangan dapat kami simpan lebih lama bila diwajibkan hukum perpajakan Indonesia; catatan itu disimpan terpisah dan tidak dipakai untuk keperluan lain.

If you are a vendor account holder

Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We verify account ownership first, then delete the account and everything attached to it: business profile, services, bookings, clients, invoices, and notification history.

If you are a vendor's customer

Your data (name, WhatsApp number, booking dates) is entered and owned by the vendor you booked with. The fastest route is to ask that vendor directly. You may also email [email protected] and we will forward your request and make sure it is carried out.

WhatsApp data

To send appointment reminders over WhatsApp we store the WhatsApp number and the message delivery status (sent / delivered / read / failed). We do not store the contents of your conversations. This data is deleted together with the related booking or account.

Timeline

Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. Some financial records may be retained longer where Indonesian tax law requires it; those records are kept separately and are not used for any other purpose.
